Squirrel Seat Cover
Because who wouldn’t want a squirrel in a hat with a rubik’s cube on their unicycle seat?
I made this for Sophia, my first attempt at designing a seat cover.
Unicycle Model
I had to make a 3D model for a class I’m taking. We had to model something that can be used for transportation so of course I made a unicycle. Also, things are cooler when they’re floating in space.

Low light video test
I just wanted to see what my footage looked like at night, the unicycling here is nothing special.
I made it look quite a bit better in post, it’s a little grainier than I would like though. It looks nicer on vimeo than on my computer in full resolution. With a couple lights set up to separate the subject from the background I think it would look pretty cool.

Homemade Dolly
| In my free time I usually read through pages and pages of cool camera stuff that people have made. I found a photo of a little dolly someone made and it looked pretty easy to put together so I decided to make one too.
I need to make a few improvements, I think I will attach the two tracks together so they stay parallel (I was testing it on a slope and they kept rolling away). Also I thought it would be a good idea to use a gorilla pod to attach my camera, but it isn’t as steady as I hoped so I think I need a more secure way. Eventually I’ll probably buy some longer PVC pipes for the track. |

If you’re wondering why not all the wheels are touching in some of the photos it’s because I moved the tracks slightly off parallel so the dolly wouldn’t leave.

Pre-Nationals Video
| I shot this video in the couple weeks before the North American championships this year. This video has everything: street & trials unicycling, flatland tricycling, a little bike trials, a BC wheel, a wheelchair and crazy people. The cast includes Miles Ornish, Jarin Erickson, Colby Salsbery, Spencer Hochberg, Sophia Pellmann, Mike Padial & Patrick Dillon.

Why the change? I wanted a site with a different focus than before; I don’t think my personal website should be completely about unicycling, maybe just mostly about unicycling. I like to tell myself that I have other things going on that I can post about.
